Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

NChartPro (nchartpro.com and the NChartPro Android app) is run by Technivs, Kathmandu, Nepal. By creating an account or using NChartPro, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use NChartPro.

You must be at least 18 years old to use NChartPro.

2. What NChartPro is — and is not

NChartPro gives you charts, indicators, chart marks, filters, analysis, alerts, portfolio tools, community features and an AI assistant for the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

NChartPro is for information and education only. Nothing on NChartPro — including signals, scores, "Buy / Wait / Exit" readings, alerts, AI answers, community posts or analysis — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker and we do not place trades. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them. Trading shares carries risk, including the loss of your money.

3. Market data

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We work to keep it accurate but we do not guarantee it. Always check important numbers with your broker or NEPSE before you act.

4. Your account

• Give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share, sell or rent your account. An account can be signed in on one place at a time; signing in somewhere new may sign out the older session.
• You can sign in with email and password or with Google. If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to your Google account.
• Tell us at technivs.np@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Acceptable use

When you use NChartPro, you agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish NChartPro data, charts or analysis, or use bots or scripts to collect them;
• try to get around plan limits, feature locks, rate limits or security, or test the system for weaknesses without our written permission;
• reverse engineer the app or its engines, or copy them;
• post anything illegal, false or misleading about the market (including attempts to move a share price), abusive, hateful, or that breaks someone else's rights;
• spam other members or advertise without permission;
• use NChartPro in a way that harms other members or the service.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Plans, payments and credits

• Some features need a paid plan. Plans, their features and their prices are shown on the Upgrade page and may change. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are made through eSewa. Plans are sold for a set period (for example quarterly or yearly) and end when the period ends unless you renew.
• AI credit is prepaid, does not expire, is separate from your plan, and cannot be exchanged back to cash.
• TPoints and referral rewards are loyalty rewards with no cash value outside NChartPro. A reward earned from a payment that is later refunded is taken back.
• Refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong with a payment, write to technivs.np@gmail.com with the payment reference.
• Free trials and launch offers last for the time shown and may end or change.

7. Alerts, AI and community

• Alerts only tell you that something happened. They can be late or missed (for example if a data feed or notification service is down). Never rely on an alert alone to protect a position.
• AI answers can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them.
• You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow us to show it on NChartPro. You are responsible for what you post.

8. Our content

NChartPro, its design, software, engines, analysis and brand belong to Technivs. You may use them only through NChartPro, for your own use.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. NChartPro is still in its testing period and some features may change.

10. Limitation of liability

NChartPro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Technivs is not responsible for any loss — including trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data — that comes from using or not being able to use NChartPro, from its data, signals, alerts or AI answers, or from content posted by others. If we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using NChartPro at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to technivs.np@gmail.com. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or on the What's New page. Using NChartPro after a change means you accept the new terms.
