Plans & Upgrade
Most of the app is gated by level rather than by page, so the useful question is not what a plan costs but what the step above the one you are on actually adds.
What this page is
The Plans page lists the membership levels side by side — one column per level, from the free one up to the highest paid tier — with the exact set of pages and cards each one can open. Levels are ranked, and access cascades upward: a member on any level has everything every level to its left has, plus what is new at their own. Moving up never takes anything away.
The levels themselves are not fixed in this document on purpose. The ladder is an admin setting, so a tier can be renamed, repriced, added or retired without a code change — read the current names and count off the column headings on the page rather than from anything written here.
The sheet is generated from the same catalog the app gates against, not written by hand. If a page is moved between levels, this page moves with it. That is why a column can honestly say a level adds nothing yet, and does.
Each column also carries the perks that are not pages: how many Trading Horizon strategies the level can run, any welcome point credit, whether the Android app is included, and — on the Pro column only — a number of free AI chat prompts each day.
Separately from levels, some individual features can be unlocked on their own with Gold TPoints, without changing your plan. Such an unlock runs for one month and then lapses — it is a rental, not a purchase — and what it costs depends on your own level: the further below the feature you are, the more it costs. You buy one from the lock panel on the page itself, or from MarketPlace on your profile, not from this page.
Why it helps you
- Read the column above yours and ask which single row you would actually use in a session. If it is one row, a one-month unlock of that feature is the cheaper answer than a level.
- The rows that matter to you sit under Record and Fundamental and change slowly, so compare levels once a year rather than each time a page is locked.
When to use it, and where to find it
- When a menu item with a padlock sends you here, to see which level it actually needs.
- Before renewing, to check what has moved between levels since you last looked.
- When you are deciding between a level and a single unlock, since the page is the only place the two are listed together.
- There is no entry for this page in the top menu during the soft launch. You normally arrive by clicking a padlocked item, or from the lock panel on a page you cannot open.
Try it — a short walkthrough
- 1Find your own columnIt is the one outlined in colour with a Current badge. Everything to the left of it you already have; everything to the right is what is being offered.See this part in detail →
- 2Read only the rows marked NEWThose are the features that unlock for the first time at that level. The rest of the column carries over from below and is not what you would be paying for.See this part in detail →
- 3Open the carried-over list if a row is missingEach column above the lowest has an "Included from … and below" disclosure. If a feature is not in the NEW list, it is in there.See this part in detail →
- 4Check the perks above the feature listThe strategy count and the other non-page perks sit in their own strip at the top of the column. They are per level and are easy to miss under the tick list. AI chat is not one of them — it is prepaid separately, in the band below the plans.See this part in detail →
- 5Know what the button does before you press itGet opens the Comment / Suggestion board so you can post your request. There is no card payment on this page, so upgrading today is a conversation with the team.See this part in detail →
Every part of the page
In the order you meet them on screen, each with a close-up of the real thing. The numbers match the dots on the figure above.
How the levels work
The levels are ranked lowest to highest and access cascades upwards: a member on any tier gets everything every tier below it has, plus what is new at their own. Nothing you already had is ever taken away by moving up.
How — Read the ⓘ beside the title for the full rules in one place.
- A NEW badge marks a feature that becomes available for the FIRST time at that level.
One column per level
The columns run cheapest on the left to highest on the right. Your own level is outlined in colour and carries a "Current plan" badge, so you can see at a glance what you already have and what the next step adds.
How — Scroll sideways to reach the columns that do not fit on screen.
- If the plan list has not been deployed yet, this area shows a "Plans coming soon" message instead — that is a backend state, not an error you caused.
Reading one column
This is the lowest level — the one every new account starts on, with no payment. A column shows the level name and colour dot at the top, everything that level can open in the middle, and its button at the bottom.
How — Compare this column with the one to its right: the difference between them is exactly what one step up buys you.
The column header
The header names the level and says how many features open for the FIRST time at it. On the lowest level it reads "Starter access" instead, because that level is the baseline the others build on.
How — Read the two ⓘ icons here if the counts are not obvious — one explains the level, the other explains the "new at this tier" number.
- A "Current plan" badge in the corner means this is the level your account is on right now.
The feature list
Every ticked row is a page or a card that level can open, grouped under the app section it belongs to — Main, Filter, Record and so on.
How — Look for the NEW badge: those rows unlock for the first time at this level. Dimmed rows are carried over from a lower level, so you already have them.
- The list is maintained by the NChartPro team, so it matches what the app actually gates rather than a marketing sheet.
The button at the bottom
On your own level this reads "Your current plan" and does nothing. On any other level it reads "Get <Level>".
How — Be aware of what it actually does: "Get" opens the Comment / Suggestion board under Community, where you can post your request. There is no online payment on this page yet.
- So upgrading today is a conversation with the team, not a checkout.
Reading the numbers
- A column shows what its level adds. Everything below it is included and is listed behind the disclosure, so the visible list is deliberately shorter than the level's real reach.
- A level colour is set by the team rather than fixed in the app, so a tier can be recoloured without anything else changing.
- A price shown as Free means no payment is needed; a level with a yearly price shows the rupee amount. Nothing on this page charges you.
- A column that says no feature is assigned to it yet is accurate. It currently opens exactly what the level below it opens.
What it does not do
- There is no checkout. Every Get button is a link to the Comment / Suggestion board, and no online payment is wired up anywhere on this page.
- A feature that has not been released yet is not listed here, is not sold anywhere, and does not appear in the menus at all. So absence from this sheet means not built or not switched on, never "hidden behind a higher plan".
- A feature can also be live but deliberately not advertised on this sheet. If a page you can open is missing from every column, that is why.
- If the plan list has not been deployed, the page shows Plans coming soon instead of the grid. That is a backend state, not an error you caused.
- The page refreshes itself when it regains focus and roughly every minute while visible. A small Offline copy chip means a refresh failed and you are reading the last good sheet.
- One-off unlocks are not sold from this page. The lock panel on the feature itself, and MarketPlace on your profile, are where the price and the buy button are.
- Locked pages are never hidden from the menus. A greyed item with a padlock means you can see it exists and cannot open it yet; nothing about it is lost while it is locked.
Questions people ask
No. An unlock bought with Gold points lasts one month and then lapses. MarketPlace on your profile shows what you currently hold and how long is left.
The price of a single unlock depends on the buyer's own level. The further below the feature your level is, the more it costs, because you are renting a bigger gap.
Either it has not been released — in which case it is not shown or sold anywhere and is not available at any price — or it is live but deliberately kept off this sheet. Nothing is withheld from this page as a sales tactic.
No. Each level includes everything below it, so moving up only adds. Moving down would remove the rows that were new at the level you left.
